Currently serving as the Managing Director at Blue Chip Communications Limited in Nigeria, Bolaji is at the helm of the organization’s comprehensive turnaround strategy, aimed at enhancing revenue, profitability, and diversification into new sectors.

Bolaji’s career journey is marked by his extensive expertise in network planning, implementation, and operations, where he held key leadership roles, including Group Chief Technical Officer (CTO) at MTI Plc, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Briccs International Ideal, Deputy General Manager of Network Operations and Maintenance at MTN Nigeria Communications Plc, pioneering the adoption of eTOM and ITIL business processes frameworks in the Nigerian telecom industry, and designing and implementing a comprehensive software solution for MTN Group Enterprise business, fostering collaboration with international organizations and external stakeholders.
